Delsing
Delsing came to me after several unsuccessful attempts to restart and reposition the company.
I was brought in to define a new visual world that could support the brand’s ambition to sit at the intersection of subversion and high-end craftsmanship. The goal was to create a clear, confident visual language that felt intentional rather than experimental.
I directed two campaigns, one for each of the brand’s core products: the Sedi bag and the Snake bag.
For the Sedi bag, I emphasized its masculine character and grounded the campaign in timeless references such as leather and boxing. The visual language focused on strength and restraint, using stark compositions, strong silhouettes, and black-and-white photography to underline durability and permanence.
For the Snake bag, I took an opposing approach. Through casting and styling, I leaned into the bag’s unusual and slightly unsettling qualities, highlighting its oddness and individuality. This contrast allowed each product to occupy its own distinct narrative while remaining cohesive within the broader brand world.
